On a Monopoly property it has name of the land that you’re buying and its prices. I created “BeepBop Robot” cards, with a similar effect; every card has a different humanoid which possesses a different skill or ability. The tasks that these humanoid cards can do are all benefitted towards human activities. The robots that I created consist of skills such as “advanced calculation, current emotion detector, and location teleportation”. Specifically, one of the robots on the cards, Alphena, holds the ability to teleport to any location, in the fastest and most efficient way. All are extremely futuristic functions but are relevant to our existing advanced contemporary society.

Robotic automation is a technology that is rapidly evolving today. An example of our advancing robotic technology is how humanoids are being able to perform human tasks, leading to many individuals assuming that robots might be able to take over our jobs in the future. This installation is my outlook on robotics and product consumption in the future. I created an experimental piece discussing a futuristic method of not only purchasing various items innovatively but also in acquiring robots, all of which possess a different task. This room is supposed to be a representation of the literal inside of my head, with the cash register on my brain, and my eye in the front. My “eye” acts like a laser beam, scanning the cards across the room, which will be explained more in the next art piece.
